Knock down and rebuild of garage and lean-to extension. Excavation of old concrete paths, stairs and driveway, poured new concrete stairs and driveway. Built timber lap and cap fencing to rear yard for privacy and noise reduction, front horizontal slat fence for screening and referencing. Large front yard and decking area for outdoor entertaining. Custom built deck with wide stairs that double as bench seats, custom built privacy screens and vertical garden along the breezeway with more stairs leading to the back yard.
