Deck & Pergola

Railing material is DekPro Prestige Aluminum & Glass railing system in Cocoa Bronze color. This railing system includes the drink rail and a gate and additional handrail on the steps. Decking is Trex Transcend Havanna Gold color decking with a contrasting picture frame layout in Spiced Rum, with hidden fasteners. The deck and stair skirt boards, beam wrap and riser material will be color-matched LP SmartSide. Under deck area includes Trex RainGuard draining into a gutter system and covered with cedar. Under the steps will be gapped cedar in the same finish to allow for drainage through 1/4” gaps. The horizontal gutter is also concealed with cedar. Pergola - Cedar: The cedar was pre-finished in our climate-controlled shop with 2 coats of Sikkens Pro-luxe sealer in cedar tone Cetol for durability.
