Early California Spanish

Not only was a front courtyard created, but the existing house posts were replaced with a set of newly designed, more decorative ones to provide the facade with a greater sense of substance and detail. The project also included the rear yard design work: a new pergola leading from the living room to a covered seating area, trellises, a matching brick patio, lush plantings and, once again, the same decorative posts were used throughout to tie the entire remodel together.
