Clean, modern lines and high ceilings mix with graceful arches, re-sawn heart pine rafters and a large masonry fireplace. The kitchen features stunning Crown Point cabinets in eye catching 'Cook's Blue' by Farrow & Ball. This kitchen takes its inspiration from the French farm kitchen with a separate pantry that also provides access to the backyard and outdoor shower.

Lots of light cabinet finishes, including the matching panels on the refrigerator allowing it to blend and have the pendants, paint, tile and granite sing the song or draw the eye. Bright Eclectic Kitchen Design - New Hope

At the heart of this New Hope, PA kitchen design is a large, T-shaped island that includes a work area, storage, and a table top that serves as a dining table. The Koch Cabinetry island and hood are both a Seneca door style in a dark wood finish, while the perimeter kitchen cabinets are a Prairie door style in painted white. Both cabinet finishes are perfectly complemented by a multi-toned White Bahamas granite countertop with an eased edge and Richelieu transitional hardware in antique nickel. The cabinets have ample storage accessories including roll outs, a cutlery divider, pull out spice storage, tray divider, wine rack, and much more. The island incorporates a Blanco Siligranit farmhouse sink with a pull down sprayer faucet and soap dispenser. An angled power strip is installed on the island for easy access to electrical items. The kitchen remodel incorporated new appliances including a GE Cafe counter-depth refrigerator, dishwasher, and range, as well as a Whirlpool beverage refrigerator. The new kitchen floor is 12 x 24 Polis It Rocks in Sandstone.

Large sunny kitchen has a large amount of counter space and a very large island. The counter tops are all granite and the cabinets are all painted and lightly glazed. The Island is painted in a darker tone then the rest of the cabinets. The floor as most others in the house is an ebony color. The hanging lanterns are an antique brass finish. The hood in steel with a brushed finish is accented with bronze diamond shaped nailheads to match the knobs on the cabinets . The walls are a custom wallcovering in a dark camel color. The counter stools are a dark brown stain and the webbing backs and seats are a wide banded fabric in brown. This 1960s split-level home desperately needed a change - not bigger space, just better. We removed the walls between the kitchen, living, and dining rooms to create a large open concept space that still allows a clear definition of space, while offering sight lines between spaces and functions. Homeowners preferred an open U-shape kitchen rather than an island to keep kids out of the cooking area during meal-prep, while offering easy access to the refrigerator and pantry. Green glass tile, granite countertops, shaker cabinets, and rustic reclaimed wood accents highlight the unique character of the home and family. The mix of farmhouse, contemporary and industrial styles make this house their ideal home. Outside, new lap siding with white trim, and an accent of shake shingles under the gable. This small Brooklyn kitchen is approximately 136 square feet. The clients are avid cooks and often host large family gatherings. Creating more storage was a key component of the design, as well as maximizing counter space. The clients wanted a 'Parisian' feeling to their new kitchen which was achieved with furniture and finishes. The existing floor was replaced with a honed granite tile, which hides any spills and has a neutral greenish tone. The existing kitchen cabinets remained, but were painted to match the new glass front storage unit next to the table. Satin nickel knobs and pulls were also added. A new undercount sink was installedand the countertops over the cabinets and the new storage unit are a beautifully toned green/white granite. The new backsplash is a sea green glass subway tile. Under cabinet lighting was installed, as there is only one small window in the kitchen. A new black marble bistro style table with leather chairs can also function as a serving bar at dinner parties.
