Elegant Modern New York Renovation

The project encompassed a complete gut renovation of the space including the creation of new spaces and fire stairs, as well as selective exterior work involving the terraces, windows, doors and surrounding masonry. A series of enfilade rooms were reorganized into fewer, more open spaces configured to accommodate the owner’s lifestyle and preferences. Emphasis is on open flowing spaces and clean luxurious finishes.
