Darci Hether New York
With four bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, and a revamped family room, this gut renovation of this three-story Westchester home is all about thoughtful design and meticulous attention to detail.
The kitchen was also opened up to embrace an open-concept layout, seamlessly merging with the dining and living areas. Neutral tones, ample storage, and a functional design define this inviting space.

Custom corner banquette makes the most of the space for an eat-in breakfast room. Cushions covered in Baker Lifestyle Velvet fabric are easy to clean and add a great color pop. Experience urban sophistication meets artistic flair in this unique Chicago residence. Combining urban loft vibes with Beaux Arts elegance, it offers 7000 sq ft of modern luxury. Serene interiors, vibrant patterns, and panoramic views of Lake Michigan define this dreamy lakeside haven.
The minimalist modern kitchen is designed to reflect the ever-changing lakeside moods of sea and sky. The artfully aligned cabinets, dine-in island, and window-facing sink are outfitted with organic touches that bring warmth without distracting from the views.

The in-law suite kitchen could only be in a small corner of the basement. The kitchen design started with the question: how small can this kitchen be? The compact layout was designed to provide generous counter space, comfortable walking clearances, and abundant storage. The bold colors and fun patterns anchored by the warmth of the dark wood flooring create a happy and invigorating space.
