Client did not feel comfortable with the space of the kitchen in their new home. They wanted a more contemporary feel and felt their was no use for a fireplace in the kitchen. We removed the fireplace adding more cabinetry to the existing kitchen, Her contractor matched the existing cabinets and we added Ikea metal and glass doors to the front of the pantry and side cabinet. A wine cooler was added along with stainless appliances, giving this outdated kitchen a new contemporary design. The peninsular was extended with an additional cabinet and a wood countertop. The other countertops were replaced with CaesarStone.
