Taking out the soffits really made the ceiling feel higher. White and grey quartz on top of warm grey cabinets, white glass subway tile, and reeded glass upper cabinet lightened and brightened everything up. My husband made this beautiful hood from scratch. Enclosing the fridge makes it feel built-in. What a breath of fresh air!
