La Jolla Condo Remodel

This space was the original entry for the right condo. We made it the main and only grand entry. It leads to the left into the kitchen and living room and to the right down the hall to the rooms that became a guest room and the gentleman's office. We opened up this area by creating an arch and enhanced the bay which took the jade floral bouquet and made a lovely entre to the living area.
