Landscape by Landesign. We at Olde New England granite are pleased to announce that we are now offering a full line of sawn, thermaled, and natural surface Reclaimed Rockport Granite Products. As most of us are aware, Rockport granite is no longer quarried or available on a commercial level. Our current supply of raw material block for our products is historically significant as this nice dimensional material once made up the North, South and Center piers of the Essex Merrimac Drawbridge...built in 1882. These piers were constructed entirely of classic Rockport granite. Its unique grain is on full display as the featured surfaces for our stair treads, landings, 2” pavers, tabletops, benches, UltraCobbles, fireplace hearths, mantels and surround materials. We can also keep the natural, weathered and aged sides to these products intact to enhance their charm and antique authenticity. Sold by the square foot.
