Lincoln Square Basement Bathroom

This client wanted to upgrade their basement bathroom to create a more pleasant experience for their guests when they came and visited (the basement den doubled as the guest room). We enlarged the space by moving a closet out about 2 feet and capturing some of the available space. We pushed the vanity back by 16 inches and were able to build a linen cabinet over the back of the toilet with some of the additional space. We used a classic tile for bathrooms, Crème Marfa marble and Grohe fixtures with a Kohler sink. Photo Credit: Design Build 4U Chicago
