MADISON AT BALLSTON STATION

CLUBROOM // Madison at Ballston Station is the culmination of the long standing vision of Paradigm Companies and a public/private partnership represented by a team devoted to revitalizing Arlington, VA. The mid-rise apartment building’s close proximity to Metro combined with the desire to create a renewed community was at the core of this project. Many years of planning, with many of those years during a very challenging economic climate, has resulted in this dynamic new community. HDG thoughtfully used materials that were beautiful yet durable, modern yet timeless to create these communal spaces and, as a result, the mid-rise apartment community is now an affordable and beautiful home to many. © Ron Solomon
