Major asthetic changes and curb appeal

We were asked to improve the curb appeal of this home set at the bottom of a steep decline and to provide an additional 3 parking spaces which required a heavy duty timber retaining wall. Drainage was an issue due to the adjacent wetland. This site was challenging in every way.
