A view of the side yard and screen porch shows the 9' ceilings that help with heat build up. You can also see the planter with two downspouts filling it. These are two of only four downspouts for the whole house where they dump into a sand and dirt mixture and act as a "filter" for the roof water before it is dumped to the yard.
