Mission Bay interior restoration

Latex paint was painted over oil doors and trim without proper preeration and the process was to remove failing coatings, prime and repaint with Behr Ultra, Swiss Coffee semi-gloss. Plaster ceiling had failing plaster from a water leak, removed failing plaster and refloated after sealing damageded areas first.
