The couple came to RBA Homes to discuss building a new modular home on their property. RBA Homes constructed this expanded ranch in collaboration with Apex Homes, adapting their “Chestnut” ranch model to meet the couple’s design criteria, as well as “raising” the roof to allow for the construction of 2 additional bedrooms, 1 full bath, a balcony overlooking the ocean, and a spacious loft.
