National Geographics as Art

This condo featured two walls of built-in low cherry wood shelving, measuring just 8-1/2 inches in depth. To illustrate and dramatize its storage opportunities, we sourced 270 National Geographic magazines and stacked them neatly in stacks of nine, spaced apart evenly. Then we topped the shelves with some framed art and a manzanita branch. A vintage African mask and a dried sea urchin share the dark wood coffee table with books.
