New Bathroom Demo and Tile Install

Bathroom before and in progress now. Broken tiles built on top of particle board. The leaking toilet caused water damage and rotting, so the toilet started sinking to the subfloor. The shower has hard-water stains and the old tile shown here was installed directly onto the sheet rock.
