Newton 6 | Renovation

This project transformed a modest 50's colonial without making the exterior look too large or out of scale. An open kitchen and entertainment space was carved from both the existing and new portions of the house. The addition of a two-car garage and mudroom allowed for a new office space at the second level of the garage as well as an open stair to the finished basement. The scope of work also included the addition of a new entry portico, an additional bedroom, a new master bath, and his and hers walk-in closets on the second level.
