This space received a major renovation to have room for a functional island that now serves as a table with seating on the side and back. We consulted with our structural engineer to determine the steps to transfer the roof load. And the architect worked on as built plans and proposed plans to get the project in the Ready to Issue stage. We worked as a team from concept to completion.
