Old Town High Rise

This high rise in old town was a one bedroom, one bathroom with a nice view, and balcony. The unit was well kept, so extensive repair/remodeling work was not necessary. Staging was needed to make the unit more appealing though. Within one day of the unit going on the market, we had a cash offer at asking price. Job well done!!
