Open plan kitchen

The curved kitchen island measures six metres in radial length. It is carefully designed to accommodate all the kitchen functions – cooking, prepping, serving and washing up. Each function is expressed using a different configuration, work surface and countertop height. Above this is a curved wooden beam that acts as a lighting gantry that connects to a stainless steel extractor. The fan is set outside the building on the roof to keep noise to a minimum.
