Our Denver studio gave the kitchen, powder bathroom, master bedroom, master bathroom, guest suites, basement, and outdoor areas of this townhome a complete renovation and facelift with a super modern look. The living room features a neutral palette with comfy furniture, while a bright-hued TABATA Ottoman and IKI Chair from our SORELLA Furniture collection adds pops of bright color. The bedroom is a light, elegant space, and the kitchen features white cabinetry with a dark island and countertops. The outdoor area has a playful, fun look with functional furniture and colorful outdoor decor and accessories. --- Project designed by Denver, Colorado interior designer Margarita Bravo. Winner of several awards at the 2007 Vesta Home Show

Bisazza glass mosaic tiles accent the controls wall in the custom corner shower. The shower wall are manmade slab goods thus eliminating the visual division of tiles giving the shower a serene feeling. An added bonus is no worry with the grout over time.

A guest powder room featuring Midland's grain-matched washbasin with granite countertop. Basin drawers and cabinets are recessed slightly, giving it a furniture-quality look. The re-configured half-bath off the hallway. As you can see, I continued all the elements from the flooring to the cabinets, and even the embossed copper sink.

We removed the tub to provide a large walk-in shower for guests. Our clients selected unique tiles and worked with our tile installer to create the look they were wanting. Chris Keilty
