Palo Alto Residence

The second floor is comprised of a library plus three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bedroom and bathrooms are connected by an 80-foot long ‘gallery of light’; its skylights and windows are designed to animate the walls with geometric shapes derived from washes of light and shadow – thereby replacing framed art.
