GARDEN/ PATIO: The rear patio was a flat empty lot and the design/build was done after completing the dining/living room remodel. Mediterranean was the theme, with precast balustrade, Tuscan columns, and fountain bench surround. Included was a heavy wood trellis, fire pit, and spa.
