Pool Patio Conversion - Backyard

A property on a steep hill with an unfriendly, mostly ignored backyard was transformed into a focal point and entertainment hub. A retaining wall was installed and the pool deck broken and reinstalled in a more permeable and artistic design. Landscaping was chosen to reflect the local eco-system, with low water usage plantings. In addition, the turf irrigation was retrofitted to MP rotators and an ET water ‘smart controller’ was installed to reduce water usage by 60%.
