Re-instating the original entrance into the home

The client wanted to re-instate the existing entry into the home to allow for a more inviting and easily accessible entrance to the house. The laundry had to be re-designed to allow for the entrance door to be re-instated. We suggested a hallway with seating to get shoes on and hand coats as well as the laundry arrangement to ensure multi-functionality of the space; the bathroom needed modernizing and we changed the design to allow for a full sized bath tub rather than a shub.
