Ready for the weather

As a homeowner, there is nothing more important than protecting the value of your property and your family inside. This project in sunny Cayucos was designed around protection from the weather, most importantly water and run off. The exterior of the home underwent extensive waterproofing and inside we refinished the cabinets, installed new windows, patched the drywall and finished with interior paint in every room. We built a beautiful redwood deck that wraps around the property and shaped an asphalt sidewalk around the premises to help prevent water damage to the home.
