Rear Sunporch Replaced with Heated/Cooled Addition

Completed addition along with new rear porch. The exterior was finished with 3-coat portland cement stucco with a skip-troweled finish. Note the new "split-system" heat pump/ air conditioner condenser that was mounted on the roof of the addition to heat and cool the space.
