Rental Apartment Upgrade

Before, during and after of a rental apartment renovation. The make over was very much needed and resulted in a much higher rental income for the owner. Well worth the time and money spent to have long term increased income. We did wall removal, new floors, new ceilings and lighting, new doors and skirtings, full painting and of course - a brand new more open plan style kitchen. What a difference.
