Rowhouse Kitchen & Living Room Remodel

This remodel of a twelve-year-old Portland rowhouse updated the home with a finish refresh and new built-in shelving. In the kitchen the team replaced dated finishes with new 4 x 8 Moda Vetro glass backsplash tiles, polished Pental Quartzstone countertops, and custom built Fir cabinets. In the living room, H&H added floor-to-ceiling built-in bookshelves against the wall and replaced a gas fireplace with a biofuel unit that burns at 99.9% efficiency. Photos by Jeff Amram Photography.
