Surrounded by glass and views to Victor Harbor, the stone fireplace is an impressive feature of the combined dining and living spaces. Window sizes and stonework are mimicked on the eastern side of the room to create balance. Mintaro slate mantle and hearth provide contrasting highlights on the open fireplace that can be enclosed with a sliding glass window for combustion heating. External vents on each side of the fireplace help to distribute heat throughout the large open space.
