St. Louis Historic Condo Remodel

The first floor of a 1909-built condo in St. Louis' Central West End goes from cramped to open floor plan by opening up two walls. The original fireplace and bookcases int he living room are removed to create a stone veneer fireplace with built-in cabinets designed and buuilt by Mosby carpenters to match a beloved piece of furniture.
