The kitchen was enlarged by removing to the family room wall and adding an extended island-snack bar. Waypoint 750 maple linen cabinets with Alaskan white granite island top and Zodiaq Coarse Pepper quartz on perimeter cabinets. Acacia wood flooring runs through the family room, kitchen, hall, and laundry creating an expansive and warm appearance. Lighting is a combination of LED recessed lights, pendants over the island and LED wireless controlled under cabinet lights. A wood soffit was extended across the patio door and trimmed with the cabinet crown molding to conceal multiple pipes from the upper level.
