An alternate view of the guest bath shows how bamboo was used to create an "awning" effect over the tub. The skirt of the tub and the base boards were also made from bamboo. An etched glass window allows natural light to come in, but maintains privacy. The custom design in the glass of a heron walking through a bamboo forest.
