The client wanted to maintain view of ocean from all areas of the home which required the raising of the pool and deck one story above ground level. The client also required the use of high quality, durable materials, such as composite plastic cedar siding, composite guardrails, and Treks decking planks, that would stand up to the harsh ocean environment and the test of time.
