Transitional Kitchen Remodel Done with a New Island

For this kitchen remodeling project, the homeowners were looking to brighten up the look of the kitchen, while also increasing their storage space. They were also looking to replace a rolling island that wasn’t working for them with something that would help utilize their space. We started by tearing out the old cabinets and installing all new cabinets that extended higher up then the old cabinets. A large island was also added to help give them more storage and counter space. The new cabinets were done in a maple Portland door in Boulder from the Kitchen Solvers Classic Collection line. To finish the new look, we installed a new quartz Viatera Aria countertop, a 4”x6” Carbon backsplash and a new luxury vinyl plank floor. Now this homeowner has the kitchen of their dreams.
