Vale of Belvoir Cottage

This charming Vale of Belvoir Cottage was built in 1802 and was located in a conservation area. The cottage had not been fully modernised since the early 1950's. Complete renovation was required, taking this stunning period property all the way back to the brick and original floors and starting from scratch. Complete rewiring, re-plumbing, and damp proofing was required to to turn this property into the sympathetically modernised period cottage that it is today.
