Waterfront Deck Anchored to Bulked

You can see some of the challenge of this project. The large post were existing and probably part of an old boat house. They were structurally sound and embedded well into the earth. We decided to incorporate them into the project and reinforce them with coated steel angle irons, stainless banding and cap flashing for added life. Another 75 years would be a good life cycle.
