Unfortunately our back yard was assuming more water run off due to developments within the area. Nate not only fixed a bad situation, he also made it beautiful. Something we can be proud of! Nate did a great job of listening to what we wanted and other than some rain delays did his best to get the job completed on a timely basis.

My husband and I had spent 13 years remodeling our 1873 house by ourselves. When it came time to do our dream project of adding a sunroom, finding a contractor to do the work instead of doing it ourselves was a very important decision to us. We met with several contractors and knew instantly that John and his son Nate at Addition Doctors were the people we wanted taking on this project. John and Nate were so great to work with. They were the only company we met with who gave us a computer generated model of what the project would look like so we had a very clear vision of the end product. They were the only company to quote us the project under the budget we told them we had to work with. They kept us up to date at every step of the project and there were never any surprises about cost or timing. They had great ideas for the project when we weren't exactly sure what should or could be done. We love our finished sunroom. The quality of work and service they gave was excellent. We would highly recommend Addition Doctors for anyone who is looking to have quality work done to their home.

John and Nate Stidolph, the Addition Doctors, built us a, 20'x20' square foot, room addition on our 1970s ranch home in 2012-13. The room was constructed on a concrete slab with in-floor hot water heat, and includes a tray ceiling, built-in cabinets, and gas fireplace. Having this beautiful, functional dining/family room has brought us and us immense joy. Since then, we have hired John and Nate for the following projects: built a 12'x15' garden shed, reshingled our roof, laid a 16'x16' stone patio, and built a 12'x8' privacy wall. We are extremely pleased with each and every project. The reason we hired and rehired Addition Doctors for our projects is we completely trust John and Nate Stidolph. We trust them for their honesty, integrity, willingness to collaborate, and expert knowledge and craftsmanship. We highly recommend Addition Doctors.

Had total re-do of exterior, and now we have people stopping to look as they drive by. We don't invite anyone in, but the bathroom re-do, and laundry room addition are pretty cool, too.

Addition Doctors refinished our basement this past fall with Back Hills Knotted Pine. Work workmanship was outstanding and price was very competitive.

We had our small bathroom remodeled. The project involved stripping most of the room back to the stud walls. John and Nate were able to do the job at a reasonable cost and in a timely manner. They were careful in the demolition stage and did everything possible to keep the dust down. The finished bathroom turned out better then we had imagined.

I have had additional doctors do a couple projects the past couple years on my house, They put in a window and textured my new home office. They also put in over 100' of line and installed two new water hydrants at my chicken coop and future barn. I have since had them give me estimates on two other project. One is for a custom regress window with a stair step exit holding planters in my daughters room at our berm house, and also a walk out veranda to open space woods out of another room on the berm side. They came up with several creative options drawn up and pricing in just a few days. The other contractor I contacted didn't respond for a couple weeks and when they did they only came back with a couple ideas that weren't drawn up and no solid pricing. Addition Doctors also provided me with some financing options. I have not pulled the trigger on these two projects but when I do I'll use them for sure because of their ability to complete about any custom remodel and their creative approach.

After talking to and receiving several estimates from contractors for a small bathroom remodel, I decided on Addition Doctors. I visited with several of their previous customers to get an impression of their work. I was very pleased with the work that was done. John and Nate were very knowledgeable of the work that needed to be done and explained each step. They were helpful in my decision making and would suggest better or different ideas to accomplish my vision and goals. Suggestions given were for floor tile, grout, heated floor and placement and style of the shower. They worked in a timely fashion, cleaned up at the end of each day and were very respectful of my home. I have already asked for an estimate for the next project, a remodel of the main bathroom.

The Addition Doctors are the BEST !! They enclosed my front porch, installed a picture window, tiled the floor, and added a 6 foot coat closet. They showed up on time every day and did not leave the job site to attend to other business. Very personable and easy to work with. I highly recommend the no matter the size of your project.

The first project was a kitchen re-do including a six foot addition plus converting the basement into an apartment. The work was very high quality and improved the outside appearance of my house. His bid was comparable to others and I liked the fact he worked by himself (except for subcontractors) rather than a large crew. He always had a solution for any problem during the construction and the job was completed on schedule and within the budget. Since then he has been back at least six times for smaller projects. I did not bother to obtain other bids for any of them. I would highly recommend this contractor - which I have.
