We worked with Vlad and Jo on a custom IR sauna for our home. From design and build to delivery and install they were amazing. They promptly returned our calls and offered sincere assistance. Sorin came out for the install, which was perfect. Build quality is impeccable. No other product comes close. Five stars.

We love our Lucent sauna and our sales representative Karl Stegmann. He did a fantastic job installing the sauna and being sure it all worked properly. He also showed us how to work the sauna and use all the features. Very professional and the sauna is great. Thank you!

We love our Lucent sauna! The design is beautiful and it looks amazing in our office - San Juan Chiropractic! Our patients are growing to love it and it is becoming very popular. We went through Amient Elements’ local rep, Karl Stegmann, who was knowledgeable and friendly. In addition to answering questions about the sauna, he was also able to help us with the design and building of the walls for the room the Lucent resides in. Thanks for everything Ambient Elements!

WOW!! Ok, so I have been using traditional saunas for quite some time, however upon learning about this newer technology I became curious about its benefits... this sauna is worlds apart, because of the short, mid and far infrared waves I perspired at least double the usual amount in half the time! The compact, attractive and smart design fits nicely in my home, my sauna is a one-person sauna, very compact, (although they can create elaborate custom designs and everything in between). They are attractive, sleek and very functional. Smart, with patented technologies in their infrared heaters, which provide deep and lasting positive effects. Also working with Josephine the rep, was one of the most educational and uplifting experience.

The excellent "ART" piece of equipment, I really love this sauna. Makes me feel so vibrant and life awakens. It is so easy to use and fits just right in the patio. The full glass front view creates the mind blowing relaxation.The unit heats evenly and the seating is just right for us. The quality of the unit is uncomparable. It looks fantastic in our back yard area. We use it all the time to get relaxed. If you consider this sauna, You will not regret purchasing this unit !!

Vlad and Jo were amazing and their experience showed though when they came up with design ideas that fit our contemporary warm style! We we also very impressed with their hands on, unpretentious approach despite their vast knowledge and clear success in the landscape arena. They were both very responsive, timely and trustworthy and we plan to do more home projects with them :-)
