Great custom builder. We started with just ideas and after meeting with them, it was turned into a beautiful home, They are a delight to work with, honest and don't settle for anything but a happy client. All subcontractors were great to work with. We love our home!

These guys put a great lip stick on their product. They don't back up a thing when it comes to their houses and certainly didn't keep their word about returning my phone calls. Roofing problems from the start. 10 years of patches. Two different companies said i should just rip it off and start over. A 100 year roof, that lasted maybe 5 years. They should have and could have done the morally correct thing. In my case, they left me hanging to fix their problems with another company and it cost me dearly to go with a Bangerter home.

We were shopping for homes in Daybreak and on a whim we walked thru the model homes. Bangerters "Lake House" immediately stood out in terms of quality and finish. We started talking to Ron and within days we were convinced they should be our builder. We hadn't even considered building, but the quality of the home, the price and most importantly Bangerter's flexibility and willingness to build the home we wanted sold us. No other builder was willing to create the custom home we wanted. these guys have never said "no". they have gone out of their way to make this possible and make the process as easy and fun for us as possible. I would even consider another builder at this point and suggest that anyone looking to build should call Bangerter Brothers.
