An upstairs bathroom had a DIY situation gone wrong, and I needed to have the pipe to the toilet replaced. Benjamin Franklin sent Charles, who did a great job. He had to cut into the ceiling downstairs at the exact right spot to access the plumbing from below. Afterwards, he offered me several ways to cut the costs through specials being offered by the company. He was a pleasure to work with and I will be calling them again in the future.
