We picked out our fireplace stone at another business, but we thoroughly enjoyed working with an excellent team at Energy Products & Design to choose our fireplace for our new home. Willie O'Neil from Energy Products & Design installed both the fireplace stone & the fireplace & we LOVE it! He's the BEST! 5/5 STARS!

We replaced our outdated wood burning fireplace with a gas fireplace in 2017, and we are still more than 100% satisfied with our decision of choosing Energy Products and Design! When my wife and I first entered the store, we were welcomed by Brent. He educated us about our many options from inserts to fireplaces. Although we didn’t know Brent was the owner at the time, we were very impressed with how he spoke so positively about his competitors. Later, we began working with Willie. Wow, he is the best! He provided us with at least a dozen different options. He helped us to choose the best product for our house, not the most expensive. Now that’s integrity! If you are considering replacing your outdated wood burning fireplace with a gas fireplace, I highly recommend Energy Products and Design!

Our fireplace was not functioning properly and Energy Products & Design was able to schedule a home visit within 24 hours of our request for service...and on New Year's Eve, no less. Mike came out and efficiently identified the problem, and quickly replaced the malfunctioning part. Not only that, but Mike provided a recommendation for how we might minimize labor/cost for any future issues with our fireplace unit, given that it's now 10 years old. Couldn't be happier with the service!

It was difficult to get a service person scheduled for my fireplace repair since they were very booked. But, when Mike their #1 tech did come he was great. We have had him before for service. He knows his fireplace mechanics!! and can explain what needs to be done and the best options for us. Highly recommend.

As a custom home builder in Rochester, MN we use Energy Products & Design for our model homes as well as recommending them to our clients for custom homes. They are extremely knowledgable and professional and their products are first class. The attached photo is a model home we did in 2017 with a two way fireplace from the living room to a covered porch and it was one of the most talked about features of the house. We highly recommend them and continue to use their products and services.

We had an excellent experience buying a gas fireplace from Energy Products. They were very informative when we were selecting it and quickly responded to our questions and concerns. Energy Products and Design offers a unique selection of fireplaces, fire pits and grills. Willie was super knowledgeable about every product and was able to suggest a product that actually saved us money in the home building process. We saved so much money that we utilized the rest of our allowances to purchase a fire pit for our patio! I highly suggest Energy Products and Design over the rest of the competition - you will get a great, high quality product!
