This is one of the worst contractor experiences I have ever had. They are simply unable to perform their work in any timely and professional manner. And you get one excuse after another.

You should avoid the one in Chantilly with a showroom in Chevy Chase.They are unresponsive, unprofessional, and mostly, they do not conduct their business in an honest way. The first designer that was assigned to our project wasted so much of our time and delayed our project by promising something and disappearing afterward. Upon learning this, their management apologized and assigned another more experienced designer, Edwi* Santia** Mr.Santia** was more experienced in stringing us along, being evasive, and leading up to holding us hostage by demanding a design fee of $1,000 in order to continue. What a bait-and switch. Also, he tried to pressured us into signing a contract without having the exact design and terms down by loring us with a discount that expires in two days. Please be extra aware in dealing with this outfit and this person! There are many other closet design companies in this area. One should simply avoid this one.

California Closets did an amazing job with my custom media units. Duval Reynolds was my design consultant and I couldn't be happier with the project outcome; very stylish. The installation team was professional and timely and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction with the finished product. I would definitely recommend California Closets and will be returning to them for my custom master closet.

Some time ago I had my closet redone by these folks. The project was smooth, on time, and professional all the way. The installer was terrific! I'd recommend these folks to anyone.
