Ordered our blinds well over half a year ago. They were warped and measured wrong. Vertical village responded and ordered new blinds, but they were also warped and too short. Called several times but no one wants to help us. No one is returning our calls. Vertical Villages response is not honest! They have not called us at all. Such a pitiful business…taking them to court!
