C Kevin Coffey Dwellings | Design

We absolutely love the addition Kevin designed. We had a long list of things we wanted in our 100 year old house, but wanted to make sure we stayed true to the character, integrity and history of the home. Kevin’s design did just that and also ensured that every new space is functional and purposeful. Not to mention beautiful!

We cannot say enough about how fortunate we were to work with Kevin on our home. When we started looking at architects, we (like most people) focused on the architects' portfolios to come up with a short list. Although Kevin's artistry speaks for itself, he brings so much more to the table than artistic talent. He is a great communicator and a very good listener. As a result, he was able to produce an initial set of drawings that took what we pictured in our minds and rendered these dreams in real life in short order. We got exactly what we wanted in a rapid timeframe and were able to move onto construction without delay. We truly can't thank Kevin enough for the beautiful home that he has created for us. He is everything we could hope for, and more, in an architect.

Kevin is an incredible architect. I worked with him during my new home build with Castle Homes in Brentwood, TN. He was very attentive during the entire design process and effortlessly blended our ideas with his own and came up with a masterpiece. Kevin recently designed a massive renovation of our 1950's ranch and we could not be more pleased with the end product.
