Craig Delisle of Lauren Homes bailed me out. My wife and I were building a custom home and I had ordered a house plan cd on-line so an architect could then make any changes on the computer easily, or so I thought. I hired an architect who shall remain nameless and he basically made a mess of the plan changes. I had walls going into windows, external windows did not match where the internal windows were...etc. I called Craig gave him the 5K mess and he redesigned the home to our specifications. But what was really cool about Craig's design, is that he prints out a 3d image of the house, exterior and interior. You get a hands on image of your home which is invaluable. Looking at a blue print does not give you the same impact as being inside your home before it's even built. It helps you visualize what you really want in your home. We hired Craig to build our home outside Greenville, SC. We were living in South Florida. I saw the house twice during construction. Craig sent constant communication and pictures. The home is beautiful. We recently had a problem arise (after four years) with the synthetic exterior deck, it was bowing and had an awful mildew problem. Craig went back to the installer and went to bat for us. we now have a new deck with upgraded material at a very minimal cost. I highly recommend Craig and would have absolutely no problem using him again in the future. Dave Gray
