Wonderful, family-owned business! They remodeled our kitchen and powder room, and we liked their work so much we ask them back to remodel our guest bathroom. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable and communicated throughout all the projects. We highly recommend Featured Kitchen and Bath.

Featured Kitchen and Bath remodeled our shower and soaking tub in our master bathroom. There are so many good thing to say about this project, I hardly know where to start. First of all, the planning went very well, and Denise was so helpful. We have never done a bathroom remodel, and she led us through the design process and gave us very helpful suggestions. Mark, who was the project manager, and also did a great deal of the physical work, was as professional as he could be. His communication was clear and friendly, and his demeanor was so respectful and pleasant. All the other workers who worked on the job were prompt, respectful, and knowledgeable. All of the people who worked on this project were delightful to converse with, and got the job done in a timely manner. We absolutely love our new bathroom! It is beautiful and has become a relaxing oasis.! I very highly recommended Featured Kitchen and Bath.

From start to finish Featured Kitchen and Bath earned their 5 star ratings plus! They are a small, tightly knit group of professionals that will take excellent care of working with you from the demo stage to the finish line. They will constantly ask you if you have any questions or concerns and immediately address any thing you want to know. They are tidy with nightly clean ups and are very respectful of their presence in your home. They gutted our master bathroom and turned it into a beautiful retreat. Anything you want or can imagine they can do. The design process was easy as Denise really knows how to find the materials and products that will make your dream bathroom come to life. We will be using them again for our next two bathroom remodels. We will use them and so should you.

It's really stressful and hard to know who to choose when remodeling your kitchen and/or bathroom. For a minute my husband and I actually thought we could do the remodel ourselves! Ha! The BEST decision we made was not taking on a project of that magnitude and choosing professionals to update our kitchen and bathroom. The crew at Featured Kitchen and Bath did an exceptional job on our house and the final project exceeded our expectations. It looks beautiful! This company has good synergy among their Designer (Denise Eyler) and crew ( Harv, Kris, Mark, Jesse, and excellent subcontractors). This company is very detail orientated and they made us feel like they cared just as much as we did about the final outcome. Kris Ford kept us within our budget and the only issue that arose was the downstairs shower we initially wanted wasn't in stock so we chose a smaller one. We had an all around great experience with Featured Kitchen and Bath. I'd HIGHLY recommend you check them out when shopping for a company to do your remodel.

Before walking into the Featured Kitchen and Bath showroom, I had never hired a professional company to help design and remodel any part of my home. I was a bit nervous when I first walked into the office but the professionalism, knowledge and willingness to help that was shown, quickly put me at ease. Denise, Harv, Kris, their crew and subcontractors all know what they are doing and take the time to listen, talk through things if/when needed, make sure you know what is happening during each phase of the design and installation/construction and make sure you are happy with the finished product. They showed respect not only for me, but my house and budget as well. It’s not easy to live in a house during a remodel, but I always came home to a clean and safe house. I truly have enjoyed working with everybody who was a part of each of my remodels, and highly recommend Featured Kitchen and Bath to anyone who needs high quality and professional work done by people who are friendly and sincerely caring. I look forward to my next project with them.

This company was amazing to work with. Their design/build process is so well thought out and implemented. The team is small and mighty! They are polite, considerate, fun, professional, caring, creative, flexible - the list goes on! My project was large, with a lot of room for things to go wrong. Nothing did. It's my opinion, the reason that is, has to do with the in depth experience and knowledge of the FKB team. When I had concerns, they were addressed immediately and thoroughly. I credit their designer with the ability to listen to my desires and deliver a design that I was comfortable with. I'm certain she could design in any genre and deliver a great design. She is intent on designing YOUR kitchen, not hers. The installation/construction team and sub-contractors are intent on delivering nothing but the best when it comes to detail and quality. The job flowed seamlessly and the time frames were met with no delays - and we did it during COVID! Belmont Cabinets are a beautiful product - it's very clear why FKB works with them. I'll run out of room for positive comments. I look forward to my next project with FKB.

I must say that I was disappointed with the coordination of the parts, design, etc. I’m sorry if most of your customers are use to paying over $40,000 for a bathroom but I feel that I’ve paid way too much for this type of service. I captured basic things that should be caught way before it gets to a customer. For example, the team installed a toilet that was two different colors and kept working as nothing was wrong. Also, they installed different color trim than the cabinets and it was all supposed to match. The team tries to update their work but it still doesn’t match. As for me, this will be my last project with their team and I do not plan to recommend their services.

This is a family owned company. They are friendly and professional. I would hire them again in a heartbeat and refer them to anyone. We had a kitchen, laundry room and bath remodel. They replaced the floors, baseboards, door and window trims. When we wanted to do part of the work ourselves it was no problem. They were patient with our change orders and there to answer questions when they came up. There were a couple glitches along the way but nothing big - they pointed out two errors and fixed them. We pointed out one and they fixed that too at their cost! I have supervised, hired and fired many work crews over the years in my job. This company is top-notch. As I said above I would hire them again. They were great.

This kitchen remodel project was in the planning for over a year before we began to search for a contractor we thought would be able and willing to work with us. We interviewed 3 contractors and eliminated two because of pricing and inability to be amenable to our ideas. Featured Kitchen and Bath seemed to be the one that would be smoothest, and, as it turned out, we had a wonderful experience working with the office manager Harv, the designer Denise, the contractor Kris, and all (to the man) subcontractors that were hired to do the project. Denise had several ideas, some of which I incorporated immediately and some I did not: she never seemed distressed but was willing to put my plans smoothly into her vision of the remodel. Kris also was very calm and willing to mull over our thoughts, put forth those of his own, and, at times, compromise. At no time did they ever demean any of our suggestions, and always made us feel that we had a good handle on what the end result would look like. If we requested specific products, they would pursue finding them for us, and in unplanned changes, they were extremely patient (I hope we didn't give them heartburn--we couldn't tell if we did). Kris was always cognizant of the fact that we were living in the house as it was being remodeled. He made sure that it was clean every day when he left, and when he wasn't here, all those who worked for him did the same. If someone couldn't make a scheduled work time, he immediately informed us and kept us informed of any changes he was contemplating. The project grew bigger as we discovered additional upgrades (we ended up renovating the dining room, family room and fireplace, plus painting the second floor and entry) that we thought were necessary. He also handled those with a great deal of patience, willing to change the cost of the project as it was necessary. He always followed up with a phone call or dropped in to make sure nothing went on that he wasn't aware of. The timeframe had to be extended a little to accommodate some of our changes, but that was because we had additional requests. He handled all of it in a calm and professional way. We loved working with everybody who was here, and we recommend this entire team to anyone who needs professional and excellent work done by friendly and genuinely caring people. I am very happy with a fireplace and bathroom remodel recently completed with Featured Kitchen and Bath. Kris, Denise and Harv, as well as all the subcontractors, were easy to work with and very patient with my frequent indecisions and panic attacks. The work was done in a timely manner and they were extremely neat and respectful. Looking forward to the next project and working with this team again.
