When you were contacted to let you know the lot was under contract, you were upset and responded in such away that our agent felt threatened by you. At that point, he ceased all communication with you.
In our discussions with you on this situation, you expressed your continued interest in having us build a home for you if we could find a lot in the area. Your review implies that you wouldn’t recommend us, but you continue to ask us to find a lot for you and to build your house. You have suggested that you would remove your negative review if we could find a lot the area and build a home for you. Unfortunately, just as when you visited us the first time, we did not have any lots available in this area.
We are sorry that it didn’t work out for you on this lot, but we are glad you did not lose $5,000 and that you are still interested in using us as your builder in the future.
